Founded in December 2022, the company is located in Yunhe Suqian Port Industrial Park, Sucheng District, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of 210 million RMB. It owns a 42,000-square-meter standardized dust-free workshop and boasts superior transportation and geographical advantages.
As a professional electronic component manufacturer integrating the R&D, automated production and sales of touch optical glass cover plates, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Yiliuba Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. has also been put into full operation with a total investment of 100 million RMB and complete intelligent glass processing production lines.
We have established a sound organizational structure covering R&D, production and quality control, and adhere to the business philosophy of "Customer First, People-Oriented, Continuous Improvement, Company-Wide Quality Control". A large number of imported automatic equipment for processing, cleaning, tempering, printing and inspection have been introduced, enabling us to deliver mature full-process manufacturing technology for glass cover plates. We adopt high-end optical glass materials from Corning, Schott, AGC, CSG and other well-known suppliers. Our products feature light transmittance of 88%–92%, high hardness, scratch resistance and high temperature resistance, with sizes ranging from 1 to 65 inches and thickness from 0.23 mm to 6 mm. Custom curved, special-shaped and AF anti-fingerprint coated cover plates are available.
Our products are mass-supplied to new energy vehicles, smartphones, tablets, smart wearables, smart home appliances, industrial control and self-service terminals, and we are a long-term supporting supplier for leading brands including Tesla, NIO, BYD, Xiaomi and Ezviz. The monthly production capacity reaches 800,000 pieces for small-size products and 350,000 pieces for medium-size products, while mass production of large-size products is under planning. We are a core domestic supplier of optical cover plates for automotive displays and consumer electronics.
Taking "Creator of Optical Display Glass Panels" as our development vision, we are also expanding businesses of decorative process glass and intelligent manufacturing equipment upgrading.
